Dolls Houses & Miniatures from Estates

Some miniaturists create beautiful structures during their lives but no one is left who has the space for them or the appreciation. What you may find on this page will be photos of estate items looking for a home.  The NW Dollhouse & Miniature Show brings these listings to you as a service.  If you are interested in any of these houses or miniatures, or have questions, the name and contact information is provided.  Please contact that person directly.

If you have estate items you would like to offer through this site, contact Pat Bennett.

Three Story San Francisco "Hippie" Town House

Front Front

This elegant matron of SF, a bit down and out, is on the market, after having housed hippies during the 60’s. Made of sturdy half-inch plywood, it has fine trim and colorful decorations, including some pint-sized hippie posters, this darling was featured in The NutShell News, October 1990 . Measure 38”Hx19”Wx19”D.

The front porch needs to be rebuilt, and some siding has split a bit. But the electricity still works, and it’s ready to become a hippie home again, or – with a bit of redecoration – an elegant Victorian.

At least $500 worth of materials invested, and several years’ work. Asking $800. Willing to arrange delivery within the WillametteValley. If you are interested and/or have questions, please contact me. cathy@cathymcguire.com

Salty Coastal Shop - For Sale

This very sturdy half-inch plywood shop features a loft area accessible by staircase, a step-down back shop, and parquet floors. It needs a bit of TLC, but the electricity works and it won’t take much to make it the store of your dreams. It even has its own wooden sidewalk in front! The front is attached by pegs, making it very solid. (photo of side shows front slightly open)The two large windows need replacing, but the openings are standard. The back windows have no “glass”, and roof shingles are needed.  Originally a bookstore, part of a group reproduction of Cannon Beach… will fit in a 24” square space (shop is 19” deep, plus 5”of sidewalk).

Asking $400. Willing to arrange delivery within the Willamette Valley. If you are interested and/or have questions, please contact me. cathy@cathymcguire.com

Petite Princess Furniture (never out of box)

My Beds are Pink My Beds are Pink

Petite Princess furniture was only made for one year by Ideal.  I think it was 1964.  It is plastic, colorful, and collectible.

These 14 pieces are brand new, each in its original box, and some are still wrapped in the original tissue paper inside the box.
